2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using our websites, courses, downloads, classroom materials, learning platform resources, support channels, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, written parent or guardian consent is required before enrollment.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account and contact information current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must protect your login credentials.
• Notify Velocity Training immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Accounts, passwords, course content, and practice test materials may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Access is for the single, named registrant only.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the services, including text, questions, explanations, videos, graphics, logos, trade dress, documents, and other materials, is owned by Velocity Training or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Velocity Training may monitor suspected misuse, watermark materials, limit suspicious activity, revoke access, and pursue legal remedies for unauthorized copying, sharing, posting, resale, or redistribution.

7. Acceptable use

• Use the services lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not disrupt learning environments or support channels.
• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, misrepresent qualifications, or misrepresent affiliations.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated tools, or methods that burden or interfere with the services.
• Do not reverse engineer, test security controls, bypass access restrictions, or attempt to circumvent platform protections.
• Do not attempt to obtain, share, sell, or distribute protected course content, answer keys, exam-style materials, or unauthorized materials from Velocity Training or other users.

9. Third-party platforms

Some services operate through third-party platforms, such as the learning management system, course catalogs, checkout tools, video platforms, email providers, analytics tools, or other vendors. Those third-party platforms may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy practices in addition to Velocity Training’s policies.

11. Disclaimers

The services are provided as available and as offered, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Velocity Training does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or meet every individual need.

Training does not replace official API certification requirements, qualification review, application approval, exam scheduling, exam scoring, or certification decisions. API controls those processes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity Training and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, goodwill, data, revenue, or cost of substitute services arising from or related to the services.

Velocity Training’s total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid to Velocity Training for the services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Velocity Training and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

14. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, labor disputes, internet failures, hosting failures, platform outages, or similar events. Obligations affected by those events are suspended for the duration of the event.

16. Privacy

Your use of the services is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected.

17. Changes to the services or these Terms

Velocity Training may update the services and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Material changes may be highlighted on the policy page or communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Non-discrimination

Velocity Training admits students without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, age, disability, or any other factor prohibited by law. Some offerings may require participants to be 18 or older or to secure parent or guardian consent.
